Silver Anchor Tech was founded right here on the Jersey Shore to give seniors the patient, friendly tech help they deserve, without leaving home.

We're Donald and Kirsten Mosher, a husband-and-wife team. Donald brings 30+ years of IT and online security experience, and Kirsten brings 20+ years in business operations and client care. We started Silver Anchor Tech after seeing the same frustration on both sides: older adults struggling with rushed help, confusing instructions, and technology that keeps changing, and their grown children trying to fix it all over the phone or during a quick weekend visit.

We're your neighbors, not a call center. We take the time to explain things clearly, work at your pace, and never make you feel rushed or talked down to. No question is too small, and you can ask as many times as you need.

For families and caregivers: Whether you're a son or daughter, spouse, grandchild, friend, or professional caregiver, you may have become the go-to tech help for someone you love. Maybe you live too far away to stop by. Maybe you worry about scam calls and suspicious emails, or you're tired of walking through the same steps again and again. We can help.
